MobDev and Panel Arena

MobDev and Panel Arena are the use case that forced the architecture. They sit inside MobPay and The Midnight Mob. The portfolio lists 1,081 commits on that product tree. The project tree table lists Midnight Mob / MobPay as production ops plus the agent platform that forced Atlas: 1,081 commits and 466k lines.
A live operations desk grew an internal agent platform: task to brief, six-vendor panel review, and a prompt compiler that emitted the operating contract. I ran thousands of agent sessions against that contract, then stopped treating the contract as prose.
In the mid-2026 chapter of the portfolio story, inside MobPay I built MobDev (task to brief) and a multi-vendor panel arena. Every rule was still prose. The model still got a vote.
July 2026
In July 2026 I built MobDev to turn community ideas into build briefs. I orchestrated Panel Arena across six model families, asked them to challenge each proposal, resolve disagreements, and return a verdict that could revise the brief before implementation.
OpenRouter in MobHub records 4,895 product calls. I orchestrated MobDev, Panel Arena, and member-facing AI features across several model providers, producing 47.8 million input and output tokens during July 2026.

Early 2026, MobPay was already one of the live desks, grouped with DefiantMob, BeltBrain, and DHG for access, money movement, ledgers, and planning. MobDev and Panel Arena are the agent layer that grew inside that desk.
The measurement note on the software page says MobHub recorded 47.8 million input and output tokens across 4,895 product calls. Adding that measured surface to retained conversation text yields 79.9 million documented AI I/O tokens.
