2025 Foundations

The 2025 foundations are Financial Ledger, ParseSDS, CRM, meetings, and DMAIC. The portfolio says 670 commits on the ledger alone, and that the point was correct systems before orchestrating models over them.

The project tree table lists Financial Ledger plus the 2025 line as correctness before agents: 670+ commits and 198k+ lines.

The 2025 chapter of the portfolio story is: ship software with models in the loop. Ledger, CRM, SDS parsing, meetings, DMAIC. I learned what "done" means when an LLM is helping write the system.

The evidence claim for workstation history places the same progression in time: between April 2025 and August 2026, internal workstation logs document 4,701 commits across 94 project trees, from early ledger accounting and CRM systems onward. The practice snapshot dates git coverage from 14 April 2025 to 13 August 2026.

How the software got written

From April 2025 to May 2026 I used Windsurf to turn direction into software. I wrote the operating rules, described the product behavior, paired with Cascade through implementation, reviewed what it changed, and carried the work into project trees that could run. Windsurf taught me how to orchestrate a coding model beyond asking it for an answer.

The software page records 40 receipts and 32 pairing records for Windsurf / Cascade. Forty paid receipts, 32 pairing records, project trees, and a rules file establish Windsurf use from April 2025 through May 2026.

DMAIC also sits earlier in the practice story. Beginning with Black Belt work in 2023, I used AI to pressure-test problem statements, organize measures, compare causes, and turn DMAIC, kaizen, tier reviews, process maps, root-cause analysis, and standard work into operating plans people could carry. The portfolio then lists DMAIC with the 2025 software line.

The path page places independent software beside the industrial career: I built software, automation, AI systems, research harnesses, and community infrastructure alongside that work. Atlas became the latest achievement.
